Class Policies and Guidelines

Cancellation Policy

If you sign up and then are unable to attend for any reason, there are no available refunds or credits unless we can fill your spot with someone on the waitlist, so the sooner you can let us know the better. You are welcome to send someone in your stead if you cannot make it, just let us know prior to class so we can update our roster. Please note that a minimum of 4 people is required for most classes to run. If you’ve enrolled and we don’t reach the minimum, you will be issued a full refund. If you have questions about our cancellation policy please email us before signing up.

We will send you an email with other logistics and FAQs a few days before your class! In the meantime, please Contact Us if you have any questions about classes or enrollment.

Firing Risks

Ceramic kiln firings can be risky and the results can be unpredictable. While we will make every effort to reduce risks through how we teach the students and fire the pieces, the Studio is not responsible for damage to student work or undesirable results that may occur during firing.
